About 721 Villages

NGO Lady – CC4Women (Counseling Center for Women) was established on October 18, 2005, as the first organization of its kind in Kosovo. Its mission is to empower women, girls, persons with disabilities, single mothers, and marginalized groups by providing concrete support and development opportunities across various fields. Through numerous socio-economic projects, Lady has contributed to building a fairer, more inclusive, and equal society for all.

The 721 Villages handicraft shop is a unique initiative launched by NGO Lady, dedicated to promoting and selling handmade crafts created by women from all across Kosovo. The shop serves as a sustainable platform for women artisans—particularly those from rural areas and minority communities—helping them achieve economic independence and gain visibility in both local and international markets.

The name 721 Villagesrepresents the total number of villages in Kosovo and symbolizes the organization’s commitment to including every woman, from every corner of the country, in this journey of empowerment and collaboration. Through the shop, Lady promotes cultural heritage, self-employment, and the empowerment of women as pillars of sustainable development within society.
